Things to Do

Restaurants

Rachel’s Kitchen
230 Main St S, Woodbury, CT 06798

Cozy eatery offering breakfast and lunch options including lobster rolls and specialty sandwiches. We ate here once and it was stellar! Very small and cute (but only open 8:30-3!)

Nick's Country Kitchen
3G Flanders Rd, Bethlehem, CT 06751

Small homey diner serving breakfast lunch and dinner a 5 minute drive from the venue!

Community Table
223 Litchfield Turnpike, New Preston, CT 06777

For those seeking an upscale dinner experience. Community Table's mission is to sustainably prepare the highest quality, locally grown, and procured ingredients to serve its community in a casual, vibrant atmosphere. Ct values its partnerships with local farms that bring the best produce of the season to create delicious recipes for their customer’s enjoyment each time they visit the restaurant.

Antiquing

There are a truly unheard of number of amazing vintage and antique stores all along Route 6. We’ve bought several shelves, plates, and lamps from the shops here on our visits to the venue! I believe we’ve visited Madeline West Antiques and  Wayne Mattox Antiques but truly there are so many here and close by. You could make several days out of it.
